Gabellini Sheppard has partnered with Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi & Partners to design the interiors of The Fifth Miami Beach. The Fifth is a 5-story Class A+, LEED Certified office building designed by renowned Spanish architect Alberto Campo Baeza, his first commercial building in the United States. The buiding is located in the trendy South of Fifth neighborhood, at the corner of Fifth Street and Michigan.

The Fifth is raising the bar for the modern office through a dynamic ecosystem focused on combining work and well-being. Gabellini Sheppard designed extensive wellness amenities throughout the property, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, a private landscaped rooftop with ocean views, and dining spaces. Visitors are welcomed into the space in an impressive marble lobby with 35-ft ceilings, and a large center atrium brings light, air, and open space to every office in the building. Every office also has 14-ft ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows and private outdoor terraces.
